Gravitas Prime was founded in 2005 by former Hambrecht & Quist Philippine partners who saw an opportunity to create value in family corporations.

Gravitas Prime Inc.'s mission is to enhance value, accelerate growth, and prompt potential markets for its clients through private equity placements from strategic investors or partners.  Through its financial and management advisory practice, Gravitas also assists its clients on business strategy implementation and exit strategies such as trade sales, IPOs or LBOs. Its team members adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, competence and integrity in the conduct of its business.
